COMPANY INFORMATION
Our goal is to create an online resource that not only allows residents of Indian River County to keep up on the happenings of the area, but to also be an integral part of that process. At IRCulture.com, you can create your own profile, post reviews of local events or businesses and provide feedback on most topics posted on the site. It is a completely interactive source for entertainment, arts, history and environmental topics within Indian River County. And the best part is that it is FREE. It allows each user to have a voice; to comment and interact on any and every topic they choose.
We pride ourselves in our Philanthropy and Green sections within the website. We believe that giving back to our community is of utmost importance. Within our Philanthropy portion of the site, you can find out information about the non-profit organizations within Vero Beach and Indian River County as well as how your efforts can make a difference. You may choose to donate money, volunteer your time or search for an organization that fits your criteria and lifestyle. Our community is rich in its giving spirit and we hope to encourage that generous tendency.
Our Green area supports the growing movement that has swept the nation. We will be highlighting local businesses that are running Green and how their efforts effect our local environment within Indian River County. You can find articles on how a little conservation can go a long way, “How To’s” and all other related topics on going Green.
We are big supporters for our local artists. Within our arts segment, you can find information on local galleries, museums, art shows and ways you can help support Indian River’s artistic population. There is also an area for artists to write bio’s, create links to their portfolios and upload photos of their work. This is also a free service through IRCulture.com.
As we are native Floridians, we attempt to buy from local businesses as much as possible in an effort to support our local economy. Smaller, family-owned companies tend to get over-shadowed by large corporations and we try to give our patronage whenever we can to the hard-working small businesses that make Indian River County so diverse.
If you are looking for something that is not currently provided on our site or have ideas for additions or changes, IRCulture.com welcomes your comments. Please provide us with your feedback, as your input is extremely important to us!
